At Chaer Construction, we understand that sometimes projects come up that are outside of our usual service area. For that reason, we are happy to travel up to 25 miles outside of our service area for a project. 

We have a team of experienced professionals who are familiar with a variety of construction methods, and we're confident that we can deliver the same high-quality results regardless of where the project is located. In addition, we have all the necessary equipment and materials to complete the job, so you can rest assured that your project is in good hands.

Any project we undertake will only begin once all the necessary permits have been obtained. We understand that some projects may require special permission from the city or state in order to begin, and we are committed to working with our clients to ensure that all the proper channels have been followed. 

Our goal is to always operate within the bounds of the law and to make sure that our clients are able to do the same. We believe that obtaining the appropriate permits is an essential part of any construction project, and we will do whatever it takes to make sure that our projects are in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

At Chaer Construction, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products that our customers can rely on. That's why we offer a standard warranty that covers defects in workmanship for up to one year after installation.

The amount of time it takes to book us for a project varies depending on the urgency and type of project. For urgent projects that require immediate attention, it is often possible to book within a few days. 

However, for projects that are not as time-sensitive, it may be necessary to obtain permits or wait for special approvals before work can begin.

Work on your project will begin once all necessary permits have been obtained and a 50% deposit has been paid. We understand that getting all the approvals can take some time, so we are happy to begin work as soon as possible after all the paperwork is in order.

Once a job or project is completed, all relevant parties have signed off on it and the final inspection is approved.

Then payment for services rendered is collected. This is typically done via invoice, with the client or customer paying the total amount due within a set timeframe. 

We accept Zelle, Wire Transfers, Credit Cards, Checks, and Cash.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes plans need to change. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy for our clients. Unless the permit application has already started, we do not charge any cancellation fees. 

We believe that our clients should only pay for the work that we actually do. If the permit application has already been started, then we will only charge the same amount that was paid to the building department to start the application. This way, our clients can be confident that they will not be unfairly penalized if they need to cancel their project.
